By accessing or using Basketball Cash Flow (the “Service”), operated by Hooporia Institute Inc., you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Basketball Cash Flow provides a digital tool for teams, leagues, and programs to track income and expenses related to youth and community basketball operations. Access to the Service is restricted through secure PIN authentication managed by Hooporia Institute Inc.

3. Eligibility & PIN Access

Use of the Service is intended for authorized program administrators, coaches, and financial coordinators. Each organization receives a unique PIN to protect its data. You are responsible for:

Keeping your PIN confidential.
Ensuring that only authorized users access your program’s data.
Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access at heyborico@gmail.com.

4. User Data and Responsibility

All financial entries, notes, and records entered by users are their responsibility. Hooporia Institute Inc. is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data provided by users.

Users agree not to upload or input any illegal, harmful, or confidential third-party information.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Basketball Cash Flow application, its design, and related materials are the property of Hooporia Institute Inc. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful and intended purposes. Prohibited uses include:

Attempting to access another organization’s data without authorization.
Introducing malware, scripts, or malicious software.
Using the platform for fraudulent or commercial resale purposes.

7. Availability & Updates

Hooporia Institute Inc. strives to maintain continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or improvement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Hooporia Institute Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service’s reliability, performance, or suitability for any specific purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hooporia Institute Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, income, or goodwill.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or engages in misuse of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States.
